Welcome to the Dashboard, !

Memberships

The memberships app is used to track members who have paid the monthly or yearly subscription. Currently the memberships app only accepts cash, we plan on implementing a payment processor in the future or on request. The memberships app might be a little confusing at first but here are the basics.

The examples explain the two ways someone can enroll.

Membership List

The membership list will display all active and non-active memberships. If the membership is still active and hasn't gotten to the expiration date it will be marked as active ("Yes"). This list will also show you the day the membership began and the day it will expire.

Membership Edit

The membership edit view is the most important view when it comes to memberships. Here you will be able to modify the date the membership started, the period it lasts, if it is active, the type, and the payment method. If you want more information on the process and how to activate memberships go down to the examples.

Membership Admin Add

The membership admin add allows users and admins with the correct permissions to add a membership for someone. Most of the time a member will use the Membership enroll view rather than this one.

You will be created with this view. Simply enter the information and it will redirect you to the list view. However, the account WILL NOT be active. Go down to the examples if you want to understand the process.

Membership Enroll

The membership enroll view is for any user with an account who wants to enroll in a membership. Most websites will have a "Join Us" or "Memberships" Tab in the navbar. Click that and fill in your information

Membership Log List

Each time a membership expires it will be put into the Membership Log List. Here you can view past memberships.

This is what the list looks like.
